Eccleston Primary School are so lucky to have the most wonderful, inspiring and friendly School Council. We work closely as a team and make lots of important decisions. Our school values underpin everything we do, and these support us in any decision making that we complete.
Our School Council is made up of children from Year 1 - Year 6, and it is crucial to us that we hear everyone's views to ensure that our school continually improves and is the best it possibly can be. Children are elected by their classmates, with candidates sharing a short presentation to their class of why they wish to be elected.
The role of a member of our School Council is varied, with children experiencing many different opportunities, for example, supporting the school with decision making, creating incredible fundraising events, shown with Break the Rules day and the Christmas Elf run, as well as spreading happiness and joy within our local community.
It is a joy to be a part of Eccleston Primary School, and as School Council we are here to listen to everyone's views and to work together to ensure that our pupils' voices are heard and acted upon.
Please get in touch with us if you want to hear more about our wonderful School Council.
